Rob is the Founder and President of Apartment Turnovers, Inc. He grew up in Poolesville, MD and graduated from Washington and Lee University. After serving more than fifteen years in the multi-family housing industry, Rob founded ATI in 2005. He created this company with the notion of easing the burden of transitioning multi-family housing tenants. Rob continues to reinvent and raise the standard in the apartment turnover industry. Rob enjoys long-distance running (very long distance!), spending time with his family and four children, as well as growing the ATI team and mentoring his staff. Rob’s favorite critter is the Bermuda Bumble Bee.

Bao joined our team in 2014. He came to us with sales, technical and managerial experience. Thanks to his continuous work at coordinating our schedule and services, we are able to meet our deadlines and keep Property Managers on schedule. When he’s not manning his super computer with six monitors, he enjoys hanging out with friends and working on his car. Bao’s favorite animal is a dog.

Ivana joined the ATI team in 2013. She came to us as an enthusiastic people person, having previously worked as a Human Resource Manager at a pool management company. She aims to always address our employees’ questions and concerns, striving to keep lines of communication open at all times. When she’s not learning and practicing her Spanish at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and playing on her handball team. Ivana’s favorite animal is a rabbit.
