Dalibor joined our team in 2011. He came to us with previous carpet experience, having worked at a turnover company in Alaska. His enthusiasm and through knowledge of our line of work, has made him an essential Senior District Manager for MD, D.C., and VA. When he’s not multitasking at work like a champ, he enjoys running, exercising, and digging into a great meal. Dalibor’s favorite animal is a rooster.

Rob is the Founder and President of Apartment Turnovers, Inc. He grew up in Poolesville, MD and graduated from Washington and Lee University. After serving more than fifteen years in the multi-family housing industry, Rob founded ATI in 2005. He created this company with the notion of easing the burden of transitioning multi-family housing tenants. Rob continues to reinvent and raise the standard in the apartment turnover industry. Rob enjoys long-distance running (very long distance!), spending time with his family and four children, as well as growing the ATI team and mentoring his staff. Rob’s favorite critter is the Bermuda Bumble Bee.

When she’s not learning and practicing her Spanish at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and playing on her handball team. Ivana’s favorite animal is a rabbit.
